Why does Acacia Energy need a copy of my energy bill and permission to access my meter data?

For us to give you an energy audit tailored to your business’ actual energy usage, we need to know what that usage looks like. The quickest and easiest way for us to get that information to look at your energy bill and meter data.

This means you simply need to upload a copy of your energy bill. For us to access your meter data, we will need your permission which is given to us via a form.

How long will it take to receive my report?

We require meter data to complete your report, which can take up to 2 weeks to receive following the request. Once we receive the meter data, your report will be sent to you within 2 business days.

What will Acacia Energy do with my data?

Acacia Energy will use your data for the purposes of the energy audit. Your data will be stored securely according to our Privacy Policy. Acacia Energy will retain your data for a period of 1 year in case further modelling is requested, after which the data will be deleted. You can request that Acacia Energy delete your data at any point.
